TPG IP ban by HWZ

[Shion]

Good morning.

"Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here"

Above is the message I get when accessing HWZ via my TPG line.

Yesterday was still working but today I found out that the IP address has been banned.

What happened

I don't think we blanket banned TPG users, could be some issue on TPG's end. Please try again later or tomorrow?

Still cannot. Not sure why.
There is a hyperlink in the webpage for me to write in and contact HWZ. Maybe I should proceed with that instead ?

TPG user here, everything seems to be okay from my end. Could we verify that it is not something related to cache by using incognito on your web browser then accessing “forums.hardwarezone.com.sg” ?
