I went to JB again yesterday.
Wifi no issue, set to automatic connection, connect to MyCelcom 4G.
Before this incident, i did encounter issue with the roaming call in JB on 1 September. I had not put a preifx of 65 before the number called. I guessed it might be the issue.
I tried this time, i dialed the number with a prefix of 65, be it land line or mobile line, all didn't get any dial tone, the dialing last for 2 - 3 second then cut off. So, I failed to get a roaming call. I believe both way of roaming call will not be able to establish.
Once i step on Singapore land, Singapore custom, i immediately am able to call Singapore line without issue.
Complaint to Simba. They want my screenshot of call history. They also asking for the number i called. Should i furnish them their request without breaching the law of personal privacy protection law?
All brother opinion is welcome.
