I feel like I bought a lemon from challenger lol

One its not very easy to open. 2 my starhub prepaid is not working on it... I think I have to update the firmware then try it out again...

So much for trying to get a cheaper device :(

It could be APN issue. If can connect to MiFi then configure using StarHub prepaid apn (shppd).

Sent from Sony E5653 using GAGT

ya it is !
but but but when i go overseas..... how ?!
especially when used by my family who do not know all these APN stuff....

If it is Data Roaming (e.g. Connected to XL ID on StarHub's SIM card), no need to change APN, which is shppd.

If it is local SIM then good luck. It could be in the control panel of the router (e.g. 192.168.x.x).

I think I turned data roaming on... Is that what you mean...

Actually this decide is quite Sian.... Its slower then when I stuck my sim into my m8
And the connection dropped a few times... But that could be my G4 issue

It is supposed to be seamless, you just pop the card in and it works. I bought the TPLinkLTE model and no issues with Singtel, m1, Malaysia and Batam SIM card too.

I have a Huawei 3g too. Doesn't work well with Starhub, but with Singtel and M1, it's fine.
