TPLink Powerline Adaptor problem

Hi guys, I just bought a TP_link Powerline adaptor, model TL-PA251KIT

I followed the instructions on how to setup, but somehow the pair logo never lights up, only the power and etherrnet logo light up. Its the same ffor the adapptor connected to the modem and the one thaat is placed somewhere else in the home.

I am using the Singnet Fibre internet service.

Hope someone has an answer here, thanks!
