Is there any app for tracking the total outgoing calls made in the month?

You can use a feature in the Settings app. But you would have to manually reset it when your monthly bill cut off is up.

Settings > Cellular (or Mobile) > Under the Call Time, you will see the Current Period.

To reset, scroll all the way down and "Reset Statistics".

why do u need tat? respective telecom have their own apps to check calls,sms and data usage for these info

For singtel users their app will track call & data usage.
