tradepac return policy

Hi. Anybody knows the return policy of tradepac in sls? I recently bought a aoc monitor there And found a hot pixel (white) on it. I called them and they said the warranty only covers at least 5 dead pixel. What should I do or suck thumb with that 1 hot pixel.

If its only a hot pixel, then suck thumb lor.

However to can try to call up and ask.

should be 7 day xchg policy. some here xchg faulty mobo recently. but dunno if one pixel can be considered faulty. care to take a pic? im more concern about AOC policy. remember Dell will xchg no matter how many pixel.

1 pixel hard le. Is aoc that will not bother with 1 dead or hot pixel.

Try ask the distro.

Just try to exchange but be nice about it. However, dead pixel exchange policy should be either a cluster of 3 or 5 pixels spread all over the monitor iirc.
