Did you buy the Transcend SSD locally? If so, then you should check with Convergent. They are the local distributor.

Bought from overseas. Probably will email Convergent with product info and s/n check first before heading down. Saw this at Transcend website thinking can claim warranty without the need to produce invoice and registration

If that is the case, you should try and email Transcend directly. Convergent likely won't entertain products that is not purchased from them.

Got reply from Convergent can do RMA at their service center but they need to send back to Transcend for replacement as for this model they currently run out of stock. Require to book appointment from the link as no walk-in allowed at the moment.

They pay for freight over? Note that distro usually will consolidate then send back, so it will take longer than usual. I dun think they will send each item/RMA case individually back to manufacturer whenever received.

Yes. It will take a while to get back the replacement item. Last time RMA RAM at Convergent also take weeks before they called me up to go down collect back.
