Hi
I need some advice and inputs regarding transferring of CPF-OA funds to SA. My intention is to get HDB somewhere in 2019/20 so from now till then, i am not required to use the OA.
Isit advisable to transfer my funds from OA (leaving only 20k) to SA till it hits the 40k cap? Anyone care to comment?
Also, if i were to transfer all the money from OA to SA, it would mean i would require to take up more loan for the flat. How do u guys go around this issue? Take longer loan period, or pay cash?
