best is go before their door opens. the queue is very subjective depending on the crowd but may take as long as 2 hours just to get to the counter to raise your application.

Took me 30mins on a friday lunch time. Done this 7 or 8mths ago.

If possible, arrive slighter earlier before LTA opens its door at 8am.

I was there few days earlier and arrived at 755am, there was already a queue, and was served in about 10mins at the counter and left at 815am.

actually is really quite fast even if there is queue... kudos to the LTA team for making it fast..

Online is only for car dealer with a token... correct me if i'm wrong...
