Transfer OS to new Msata SSD

My laptop(msi ge60 20e, running on 7400 HDD) has a empty msata ssd slot. If i were to put a msata ssd(samsung evo 850 250gb) into my laptop, how do i transfer only my windows 10 to the SSD enjoy fast boot up?
