Follow the signs and look for the shuttle bus area located outside the terminal.
If I'm not wrong, there's 2 types of buses, 1 goes from domestic terminal 1 to domestic terminal 2. The other goes to all 3 terminals - domestic 1 & 2 & international. I think there are signs and announcements in English.

The buses are quite frequent. I waited less than 10 minutes for the bus and I think it was an approximately 10 minutes ride for the bus ride.

Yes, probably. Confirm with the staff when you check-in before your flight.

If you can't speak Japanese, just show your domestic flight ticket to one of the airline staff, and they will help guide you to get to the domestic terminal

You can check into your domestic flight over at Haneda Intl itself, together with your luggage, after you cleared the immigration at Haneda Intl.

There's a JAL counter to the corner of 2nd level which is the same level on your arrival. http://www.haneda-airport.jp/inter/en/map/floormap/map.html?floorId=MAP002

After checking in your luggage for the domestic flight, you can just go thru the domestic security check point right behind you, that'll lead you to the bus that'll bring you to the domestic airport.
(you might want to check with JAL if there's any cut off timing to check in your luggage there since it'll be <1hr before your domestic flight take off)

It's a short 10min ish ride, with 1 bus every 6 mins.


If change is still possible, would suggest taking a later domestic flight

Once you reached Haneda airport, you need to checked out and take the shuttle bus to domestic and from there, look for JAL counter and check in again and clear the security.

From Chitose to Haneda, checked in your luggages in the main area and you can just wander in the food and gift area, do not go inside after the security, there's nothing inside, all the souvenirs and food all within public area

1 hour is not enough, checking out haneda take you sometime to do so and need to take shuttle bus from intl to domestic and check in again and clear security and take shuttle bus. Minimum 2 to 3hrs before domestic is safer

Checking in your baggage through to Chitose is not possible but checking in your baggage through to Singapore from Chitose is possible.

Are you booked on the 2 flights from the same airline on the same ticket? If yes, if you missed the connecting flight due to flight delay or immigration clearance delay, i.e., no fault of yours, you should be able to take the next available flight (do check with the airline to confirm this).

From my experience with ANA, I was auto booked on the earliest connecting domestic flight on the way to the next destination in Japan or on the latest connecting domestic flight on the way back to Singapore. However, upon my request, the Chitose airport ANA staff changed me to an earlier available domestic flight to Haneda on my way back to Singapore.
