Hi, I'm posted to TPT SUPVR in semb, any ideas on what to bring for first day?is duffel bag,field pack,assault bag needed? they didnt state anything there, only LBS, helmet, PT attire and toiletries. would appreciate quick answers thanks 
edit: if possible, previous batches do you mind enlightening me about the course? no need specifics,just general like hows the canteen food, job load,etc.
