Oh I have already did the search, no mention of cost for engaging drive and vehicle for whole day. I might have miss it.

Hi,
if you have driving license you can just rent a car and drive yourself. In Hua Hin is very easy to move around and the driver there are also very friendly unlike in SG. I rented a Honda City from this very nice couple and they only have 2 cars for rent. I drove to Huay Mongkol temple, Cha-am,Hua Hin vineyard and we even drove to a air force camp which you can go in and there is a beach where only the local goes to. You can order foods and drinks and they deliver to you.

actually there are plenty of drivers in hua hin + cheaper as well
