Has anyone had claims experience with Tenet Sompo? Their 45% discounted plan is really good.

I'm considering between Sompo & Aviva (am their existing customer, so 30% off + good previous travel claims experience), so I would like to know if Sompo has good travel claims as well, thanks!

Had a very good experience with Sompo, they processed my claims within a month from submission. Paid approximately AUD3.8K to the car rental company and managed to claim back SGD2K under the Car Rental excess.
