what are you plans for Japan?

I'm planning to try out skiing/snowboarding over there. If you are interested maybe we can work something out.

Still pretty open cos I am kinda free spirited and my work easy to take leave.

If bonus good den maybe south america though it is v ex.

Most likely will return to Tasmania in Feb-Mar (road trip)

Anytime for SE Asia, HK, Taiwan.

I am pretty much open to holidaying hahah... after all, exploring and capturing them in photos is what make the trip memorable =)

How much leave do u guys have each year? I have 28 days so I can travel a few times a year but usually not longer than 2 weeks, otherwise boss will not be happy. Also I can only go on leave when there's no work but I'm always swamped with work, so my leave gets snowballed and wasted.

I'm thinking of changing job in the next 1 to 2 years, nowadays the number of annual leave for private company is only 15 days, I wonder how to plan for holiday trips for so short amount of leave.

My current leave system allow me to have around 20 days of shift leave (around 40 days?) so I am pretty flexible in terms of timing.


Why not we all start putting the dates we are ok to go holidays and the places we want to go?

As for me, I got 23 days per year. That includes public holidays. 4 days work, 2 days rest. So if I were to apply 4 days, I got 8 days break.

i like the 5 days x 2 trips concept. if you include weekends, you can easily extend your trips up til 9 days. nice.

I use the remaining days for random 1-2 days each off to slack at home. Lol~
