Travelling Advice Needed

Hi will be going to Taiwan for 9D8N. I am actually planning to go Tainan, Hualien, Taichung and Taipei.

What is the best way to travel around these area? Am actually thinking Tainan, Hualien, Taichung and end up at Taipei.
