For hotels, their price is much cheaper than in bangkok.
For example, pinmara boutique , just inside junceylon mall, is around 75sgd per nite for two. there are other 3 stars hotel around the mall, which is within 10 min walk. You can easily get one at around 25sgd per nite for two .

such as aim, icheck inn, tiger, hemingwalk silk, mirage, acca, etc
those hotels are within 5 min walk from junycelon mall

phuket transportation is not cheap
for example airport to patong beach is around 600 to 800b. 1hr journey
u would seldom see taxi at phuket, mostly is tuk tuk
they would charge very high, perhaps a trip 10min drive would cost u at least 200b or more ...

Phuket day tour normally covers:
Big Buddha
temple chalong
cashew nut factory
bee farm
3 beach viewpoint

Last i stayed was at Impiana Beach Resort just facing the beach.

Book a tour package to Phi Phi Island, James Bond Island etc etc - Depends on what you prefer either Ferry or SpeedBoat.
Comfort & Slow - Ferry
Discomfort & Fast - Speedboat

After that you can ask your hotel concierge to book a van for a day tour for you to bring around such as

Big Bee Farm
Shriburapa Orchard - Cashew Nut Factory - Must buy back some, i swear its damn good especially the wasabi & bbq flavour
ATV rides
Go Kart
Paintball
Fantasea - Dining & watch drama some sort of play. very interesting

Last but not least for makan along the stretch of the road depending where you're staying a lot of food too. There's this restaurant name Savoey Thai Seafood Restaurant - thumbs up. after makan can go down to bangla street for some party

Thats all i could help, need any info i can try to assist. Price wise i can't recall as this was based on last year. So apologise for that.

You can try our fellow Singaporean tour guy in phuket bro Haowei88. I find his price is quite good and reasonable. You can watsapp him first and ask for info. Nice guy. Im getting a transport back from patong to airport from him for my trip next week.

http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/t...sland-hopping-|-airport-transfer-5024943.html

If you are travelling in group, get the private car transport better. Else if you are alone u can get the mini van at airport at 180baht i think but halfway they will bring you to a tour agency office where they will sell u expensive tour package. But you can just kindly reject them and then the mini van will continue to your destination like patong.

Hope this helps. :)

have used his service many times in phuket
his airport transfer is 800b to patong area, last year was 700b
usually he used a ten seater van to fetch us from airport :)

have also checked out Chai B
his rate is as follows:
Normal car 1-3person+ little luggage 600 baht/way
The normal car is toyota altis

Big car 3-5person+ luggage is 700baht/way
And minibus 5-10 person + luggage 800 baht/way

I think book from online is better ...
normally would read online tripadvisor.
then book with the more popular ones .

for example, I booked a mpv fetch 4 ppl from airport to patong area .
price is 700b, so spacious , can put few big luggages

if take cab from airport is 800b.
their boot not that big to put many luggages.

Yup, is like tat ... so far would be good to stay near shopping mall .
then no need to take cab, no need to worry so much of such issue ...
