TC's site plan is pretty straightforward. 2 rows of 3 blocks & 5 blocks respectively. Highest 15th storey. Only 3 unit types of 3BR (958sqft), 3BR premium (1076sqft & 1152sqft & 1249sqft), & 4BR (1345sqft). Estimated TOP in 1st half 2019.

Anyone needs the draft floorplans can pm me. ;)
I wish to know the site plan.

so pool view more expensive? Its also facing opposite block which means ur opposite neighbour can see the subtitles of what u watching on ur tv... I thought facing out if unblock view will be more ex.

depends on outside face what. EC hard to get unblk facing one. unless u consider expressway unblk. :D

for condo, most of the times, pool facing more ex. ard 4% higher or more

If it is 30m or more, it is fine. Still can see what the people doing if you keep the window open. Shorter than 30m will be bad.

qingjian.

generally, wats a desirable layout? or wat layout is not so good?

I don't think there is such thing as desirable. It really depend on what you want. But most people prefer 'square' unit.
To me master must be able to put king size bed, common room must be able to put queen size bed. Living room and dining room must be used to conducted a mini-gathering for 8 people. Have a reasonable yard to air the washing.

so its more about sz/spaciousness rather than layout.

It really depend. Some design you see already you won't buy. Hard to list here. But when you look at the floor plan you will tell yourself you won't buy.

I like the facilities! Even got water playgrd for the kids. 2 function rooms. And pavilion at every block. Gym overlooking e pool at the 2nd level. Just hope e water deck is max 90cm deep so it can act as a children pool too

For eg, I prefer the 3 bedder living layout than the 4 bedder of brownstone. The dining and living room have 2 distinct areas. Those that combines to 1 long rectangle will make the living smaller. Limited walking space betwn the sofa n dining table.
Kitchen with glass to make it brighter and living room look bigger. Common room can accommodate a queen bed with bedside table. Mbr that can accommodate a king bed.

I think you can't really compare to Brownstone. Their living/dining is so tiny. I would compare with Wandervale.

Can't rem wandervale layout. I'm just comparing a rectangular layout which the dining area is behind the living area vs one that is beside. Brownstone diff betwn 4 bedder and 3 bedder is coincidentally like that
