so like what i mentioned before, about 2 weeks for a floor/storey
at this speed, another 12 weeks(Around mid Jan to early Feb) can complete all the balance 6 floor, then wait for another 6 mths(3rd quarter 2017) can top, assuming nothing goes wrong...touch wood
hope to move in asap

To get an accurate gauge of when any project will TOP, just see how fast your bank dispense your loan amount for the incremental payments. (10% foundation - 10% structure, 5% etc,.......)
Still got interior and landscaping... 2017 is impossible...
nothing is impossible, if completed in 2017 how?

Near show room is faster a little

window frame has started installing, once window glass is installed, interior can proceed
So overall is about 2 floor a month, do some math and can roughly calculate when can finish 15 floor

I reckon it's due to higher demand from the Northeast from upgraders coupled with decent pricing. It even helped to get Bellewaters sold out too.

Anyone know of the building progress so far? Any expected completion date?![]()
