Other than price, is there any special structural features for treasure crest? Eg bellewaters has high ceiling penthouse, vales has a variety of units from maisonette to penthouse etc...

Actually the Vales also not that near lah. About 600m if you measure linearly and 770m if u walk on pavements. Ultimately, people will still take LRT after transferring from MRT. Who cares about walking distance.....
Agree
Vales walking distance to mrt is not near at all

it's definitely doable in 10 mins for vales via the side door.. walking may even be faster than lrt during off peak hour.. also not sure if the lrt will be full during off peak hour.. but at least walking is an alternative..

Just my personal opinion;
#1 factor: Price
In future when u wanna sell, ur competitors will be Bellewaters & The Vales. If u can easily sell ard $50psf lesser than them in future, why not right if u wanna cash out fast? And ur potential upside relatively shd be slightly higher.

#2: Spacious layouts
Treasure Crest is very straightforward with practical 3br, 3br premium & 4br layouts with spacious living & bedrooms. No fanciful penthouse or masionettes.

Love their layout. The dining area can still create a small study room. Yard can be another storeroom.
If only Visionaire has this layout

yes, last yr got 8% discount. problem is every project launch, people will chiong in.

if all guai guai wait, developer will throw in discount.

sim lian paid $90psf cheaper than the plot by vales... let's see if this translates into saving for potential buyers.. or they just gonna eat u up.

remember the tampines DBSS? haha

8% on a 1mil EC = 80K

what levy also can cover already.

Will the land south of treasure crest be another ec site?

Land use can change for every round of master plans. Take a look at URA's older plans and you'll be surprised at what is planned or built now.

Unlikely that URA will release another EC site after this glut of unsold ECs as it will likely attract lower bids. In addition, oversupply may affect the property market adversely.

Usually abt 2-3 mths. Then developer still must wait out 15 months (or complete the foundation, whichever earlier) b4 they can launch for sale. So total I estimate is abt 1.5yrs from now. Agar agar only. TOP maybe late 2020 onwards bah.

bro,
hoi hup won this in Feb 2016.

i drove past there yesterday, still grass la... no works at all.

is it, max 15 months, will be have that eballot?
feb 2016 + 15 = may 2017?

Just viewed the showflat. Pretty impressed by the spaciousness. Bosch kitchen appliances. Hansgrohe sanitary stuff.

Showflat most probably opening on next Mon (13th June) onwards.

There was already VVIP launch last weekend.
I live nearby. An agent knocked on my door.

Terms like 'VVIP' are just marketing words used by agents. And definitely there wasn't any launch last weekend.
