Quick check w gurus here.
Seems like almost 70plus % sold. What is the possibility of bounced back units? E.g. cannot get loan / not eligible.

I nv submit e-app. Is it too late now???

Just walk in and enquire

The buyers who dropped out or "return" the units must have strong reason(s) for change of mind.

Anyway, there are currently about 20,000 unsold private condo and EC units in Singapore, according to URA Property Market webpage.

The supposedly 'dropped out' units during the booking of units are probably before the issuance of the OTP. If some of u remember the procedure yest, after u have selected the unit, ur agent will need to draw out the docs (many many forms) for u all to sign. At this moment, some buyers may have gotten cold feet & give up on buying the unit that they have chosen. Usually the agent will then very sadly return the whole set of docs back & the unit will be 'released' back for sale. No penalty involved. ;)

Thanks for the clarifications.

You can see the returned units for ECs and private condos by months in the below link.

https://www.squarefoot.com.sg/market-watch/returned-units

Sad to say, some buyers have to "return" unit for reasons which they did not want too eg
Unable to borrow the loan required
Cash shortfall after sale of BTO
Unable to pay monthly instalments
Unable to form family nucleus (for new ECs)

Of course, there is also a possibility they wait for next opportunity as pointed by squarefoot.com

This is real life. You have to return the unit and pay termination charges.

Shd have many cases as well for BTO flats. My own personal experience.....kena b4. Is really bobian one sometimes.
