Which stack do you get and which did you give up? High low or mid floor?

Vales bang wall :s13:, no wonder didn't see advertisement anymore.

I think TC prove a point.

1) Sengkang and Punggol continues to be popular even in down times (no need to say good times).
2) Location plays a big factor in property.
3) A bit of strategy and luck this time because TC is well priced between 2 ECs (just look at the pricing of NW, Hao Yuan bang head)
4) Launch sales before Chinese lunar 7th month is good :s13:

Actually I think Vales just filmed a new TV ad, should be on TV soon...

Suspect that Vales developer will be under a lot of pressure to discount the remaining small units facing SK hospital because of the cheaper PSF price which TC has in comparison. Apples to apples, the remaining units in both ECs are the less desirable units - facing SK hospital for Vales, facing heavy vehicle car park / future high rise development for TC (I think, correct me if I'm wrong). If TC price cheaper, unless potential buyers really want the proximity to SK MRT station and earlier TOP date, I think financially savvy buyers will go for TC.

Thankfully for me, TC and Vales 4 bedroom pricing is about the same so I don't need to go bang wall lol
