Treating Callous

I have a callous on the bottom of my upper left feet. Recently it has been getting more painful. So I thought of buying some comfortable insoles or a callous pad to cushion the pressure on it everytime i walk.

Anyone got recommendation for this issue?

usually its because of improper foot wear fit. tape is a good way to temporarily prevent it

Do it after shower then dont press too hard, the effect quite fascinating.

I found a few on Carousell. Is there any diff between corn and callous? Can still be used at the ball of the foot?

How much do u "shave" off at a time and how often shud this be used? Any precaution to take note? Scared cut or shave till bleed. Lol.

i dont think local stores sell them. my sis bought from Munich.
I did a search on ebay, i think its a possible avenue to buy from there....
