Wah this topic quite scary eh but I think more younger guys dealing with ED nowadays. I’m in my mid 30s and struggling with erectile dysfunction. Honestly never thought I’d be in this kind of situation so early sia

Apparently stress/burnout plays a huge part nowadays. Especially corporate life, OT until siao, poor sleep, sit in office whole day, alcohol, anxiety etc. Common treatment options I found:
  • Viagra / Cialis (need prescription)
  • Lifestyle changes
  • ESWT Shockwave therapy (to target blood flow issues)
  • Vacuum devices
  • Supplements
Seems like quite a lot of clinics in SG offering these now. Curious if anyone here actually tried Viagra, shockwave therapy or other ED treatments before? Did it actually help or just temporary only?

nitric oxide
L-citrulline is a good source

keywords nitric oxide l-citrulline erectile

**L-citrulline** is an amino acid that the body converts into **L-arginine**, which serves as a precursor for **nitric oxide** production. Nitric oxide relaxes and widens blood vessels (vasodilation), improving blood flow to the penis, which is crucial for achieving and maintaining an erection.

This mechanism makes **L-citrulline** a natural option for managing **mild to moderate erectile dysfunction (ED)**. Clinical studies indicate that daily supplementation (typically **1,500–3,000 mg**) can improve erection hardness and sexual function scores, though it works more slowly and gently than prescription drugs like **Viagra**. Results typically become noticeable after **2 to 4 weeks** of consistent use.
