You can find the answer on reddit for sure, I've been buying for 4 years now from the same manufacturer who mass produces all the popular prescription brands.

Interestingly, works better than what nsc gave me or in-house formulations in sg's famous derm clinics. What nsc gave me though, could also be bought from the same manufacturer. But the same manufacturer sells 7 sgd per tube. The in-house one in sg for private derm is 80 sgd usually.

But I can't tell you what it is you have to find it yourself on reddit because I don't want to be held responsible if you have bad reactions to anything I directly recommend. The reason why I dare to even buy it online directly from the manufacturer is because I already got a prescription for tret and used it without any bad reactions. You should make sure you try it out prescribed from Polyclinic first since it's the cheapest way, I remember only $13 for the lower doses. If you can tolerate that, then go for the higher ones. Do not pm me asking me for links.

I got mine in Bangkok pharmacy last time, may need to try independent shops if big chain deny sale. Touristy area shld be easy. JB im not sure if they sell OTC, can try.

In Sg, either as above: get a prescription or try reddit suggestions.

SG requires prescription for tretinoin. Can get 0.05% from JB pharmacies but they don't sell 0.1%.

0.05% is quite strong and effective. You can try it first
