Troubleshoot an issue

Hi gurus,

about a few weeks ago i met with this issue. now i have some time i would like to see what exactly is the problem.

i am quite puzzled because i've never seen this before.

it says "chassis intruded. Fatal error... system halted"

but to get past this i just need to restart the system, it only happens when i switch on the computer for the first time of the day. i realised my cmos batt is probably gone (?), my date and time are screwed.

motherboard: ASUS p5sd2-vm

hmmm...change the CMOS battery,check chassis plates are all close properly. Then go into BIOS to disable the chassis intrusion
feature.
