Hi guys. Currently on mobile. Lol. My pc suddenly show this kind of line. Tried resetting the graphic card. Ram. Etc. Doesn’t work. What else should I try?

Change hdmi cable?
Try with another monitor which is proven to be 100% working?
Try with on board graphic?
