My PC died but I realised that one chassis fan will spin for a split second before the whole system goes quiet.

Any idea what’s the likely issue here?
Dead mobo?
Dead PSU?
Electrical short?

It’s an old 2500K on ASRock Z68 Mobo with a AX750 PSU.

But the fan can turn on for a short while.

That shouldn’t happen if the PSU died right? Unless 12V rail only died?

Basically once the system load starts, it dies. Usually PSU issue.
