Is the exchange rate that Trust offers on this card good enough to use if the purpose is to avoid hefty foreign exchange transaction fees (2.5-3.5%)?

Instarem Amaze paired with SCB Unlimited (1.5%) or CIMB Mastercard (1%) no longer seem to good options.

recently i tested YouTrip n Trust in Japan

YouTrip gave consistently better FX than Trust

eg) same day, 7 Nov purchase ... YT was SGD 1 to 104.5, while Trust was 103.09 !!

u can check back Master n Visa rate on that day

recently i tested YouTrip n Trust in Japan

YouTrip gave consistently better FX than Trust

eg) same day, 7 Nov purchase ... YT was SGD 1 to 104.5, while Trust was 103.09 !!

u can check back Master n Visa rate on that day

The exchange rate shown in XE.com on Nov 7 is around 104.5. So YT rate is really good.

Of course, if compared with traditional bank rate, the Trust rate is also good.

Yup, you can use the online chat via the apps. They will ask you for a reason for cancellation and thereafter, they can proceed to cancel card.

Is the card spent ticks not updating for anyone? I used it for 3x simplygo (2 on the same day, 1 on the next day) but the app only shows 1 tick after so many days.

Anyone having issue with Trust card December statement not appearing?

Been stuck with November statement for a long while, even after payment made for Nov statement, the spend tracker didn't reset. Seems the backend has problems.

Simply go is accumulating hence it showing 1 transaction.

How does one redeem the cashback of 0.2% received as Linkpoints? Nothing in the app that is obvious.
