Tsuruga Station - est time required for transfer

Anyone done transfer between Shinkansen & Limited express (thunderbird) for Osaka? How much time required for transfer without rushing?

I've checked the station map, Shinkansen 3F, Transfer gate 2F, Express platform 1F. but still doesn't give good indication on how long required for transfer

Not that long but I can't remember the time needed.

Are you using the hokuriku arch pass? You can make reservations at customer service, they can advice you better.

yeah navitime gives an under 10mins transfer which I'm uncomfortable with. I'm fine if it's on same floor but not if i need to move from 3 to 1 floor. probably book for next transfer train to avoid being rushed
