Turn off VOLTE on iphone 6+

If not wrong, this setting is enabled by Apple if the carrier you used meets Apple's requirements for volte. This is done by a OTA update to your phone firmware. If not it will not be activated.

That said, volte is a subscription service that you have to pay monthly if not wrong.

Cellular > data > select data only instead of voice + data
