lol never even consider repairing ah?

but yeah did all the troubleshootings and still same problem.

I decided to call Samsung tech to come down and see la. if its fixable at a price cheaper then a new TV then I'll go with it.

Can update what the Samsung tech tell you when they come down? gum xia.

Mine is export set so as good as no warranty.

Anyone knows how much does it cost to repair a 75" Led panel screen? Screen broke when something hits tv.

Samsung tv got those white spots worth to fix?
I think it’s the led reflectors dropped out. But don’t dare to open up myself

Hi. What's the cost to repair this issue?

Have to order LED la, wait la, then arrive to fix. By then neck long long liao. If willing to wait, then off-warranty repair by service centre usually quote more than $200 (maybe with new GST will be higher)

Hi, need some advice here. I have a 65 inch Panasonic TV, the screen is still working fine but this few days it is "behaving" weirdly, change channels/volume/inputs by itself and nobody is touching the remote (i know it sounds freaky) . Any idea is this hardware or software issue?

Hey!

Sorry for the late reply. He didn't say much actually. He came down, did some basic checks after I told him what troubleshooting I've done.. He then open the back panel to change one of the electronic board and voila, TV works again.

Electronic board(170+) and servicing fee(80+) about 282dollars in total.

thanks for the update. that is not bad actually.

I should have tried calling Samsung to see if they can send a technician down instead of buying a new TV.

my xiaomi Q1 is super laggy.

Our 55" samsung tv keep switching on and off by itself after we power on its mains.
Unable to manually stop the on/off with its remote or the buttons on the tv.
Will it be a simple repair, or costly (might as well buy new tv)?
Anyone with similar experiences please share, tks

Yes, is the lens on LED backlight drop off. I would take this chance to replace with new backloght strips as it is many steps to remove the LCD panel. Did ot on my 49" TV. Worth it as LED backlight is quite cheap if buy from TaoBao.

Right side LED backlight strip defective already. 1 pair of LED backstrips is usually around $20 before shipping.
I have the exact same problem.
I wanted to do the repair myself but the 65" TV is just too big and heavy for one person to handle.

Maybe those of us with TV repair problems can form a help group. You help me repair and I'll help you back.

Yes, 65" I think you need at lease 2 persons to handle.
