Tv "unsupported" help!

Hi. I just built a pc. However, When I try to install a driver, be it mobo or gpu Driver, my tv will just go black and says "unsupported". Im currently using an akira tv as my desktop. IDK WHAT HAPPENED
Help.
My tv is Akira LCT-32K62ST

I think I know what could be causing this problem. Happens to me before and manage to fix it quite irritating actually.

This happens because your gpu or motherboard onboard graphics is trying to display a resolution that your tv does not support thats why it unable to display anything and stays black.

You can try connect it to another monitor and also to this akira tv. Then try change different resolution and display on the tv. If no display just revert back to monitor again and try until one of the resolution works on the tv.

Can also try find in tv menu see if have any option to change tv resolution.

The default plug and play monitor settings doesn't work with your TV. Especially after I glanced at the specs of the TV...1366x768 resolution but HDTV up to 720p...

Check which ports you are connected to and its limitation, Displayport 1.x, HDMI 1.x, VGA, DVI-D,etc

Best way is to create an inf file with the TV specs and install it as monitor driver if there's none provided by Akira. Can be complicated and dangerous if you use wrong values.

Next test is to change the panel scaling via TV OSD, e.g 1:1, aspect ratio, etc . Read TV manual

Finally, change how the resolution scale in the graphic card control panel. Either GPU based scaling or panel based and the mode on how it scales, center, full panel , aspect ratio, etc. Read GPU manual. Also you can create custom resolution to match your TV specs exactly, again complicated and dangerous (similar to inf file).

Too tough? Buy a proper monitor with proper drivers or a TV with a proper EDID/plug and play support..

Depend on your budget, either Dell or Samsung will do fine.
Just take note whether of the cable whether is it VGA/HDMI
and does your PC have it.

Use VGA connection

DVI to HDMI connection the TV usually more picky
