Anyone sign up for this service through telcos? (e.g. StarHub, M1 or MyRepublic)

Signed up yesterday with Starhub through StarHub Go but unsure how to link the account with TVB ID. Anyone know how?

UPDATE:
TVB support got back to me and this was the guide they showed that worked for me!
