花蓮市區的一間汽車旅館昨（17）日發生一起命案，有名52歲的女子被發現倒臥在床邊、失去呼吸心跳，送醫後仍宣告不治。根據了解，女子是與前男友方姓男子來到花蓮旅遊，男子供稱入住後就睡覺，昨天準備退房時才發現女子已經沒有生命跡象，並緊急找花蓮的朋友到場協助滅證。而女子的手部有針孔跟瘀血的痕跡，警方初步研判是吸毒過量致死，不過男子聲稱不清楚毒品來源，也否認有吸毒，第一時間也沒察覺到女子身亡，整段供詞和黃明志案有高度相似。

警方說：「先蒐證，OKOK。」好幾名員警，來到旅館的房間內蒐證，因為這裡發生命案，死者前男友方姓男子VS.警方說：「奇怪我就越來越發現說，奇怪怎麼叫不醒這樣。」方姓男子報警後，向警方描述整個過程，他說他是死者的前男友，兩人相約出遊，16日晚上8點到花蓮，17日凌晨3點入住國聯二路上的一間汽車旅館，下午3點他發現林姓女子沒有呼吸心跳，連忙打電話給友人張姓男子到場，幫忙協助滅證，帶走毒品，結果萬萬沒想到，救護人員前腳剛踏進房間，警察後腳就到。

死者前男友方姓男子VS.警方說：「啊我後來有發現(床)旁邊有藥物，因為我在睡覺，我不曉得，(不曉得嗎)不曉得。」方姓男子供稱什麼都不知道，自己入住後就睡了，早上醒來以為林姓女子還在睡，直到退房時間到了準備叫醒她時，才驚覺人沒有呼吸心跳，只不過這番供詞似乎有點耳熟，原來是跟黃明志案有高度相似，都在房間內都否認吸毒，都沒有在第一時間發現女子身亡。


花蓮縣花蓮警分局豐川派出所長林健鑫說：「於屋內起獲毒品海洛因，針頭，不明藥錠，毒品咖啡包，及殘渣袋等證物，立即將兩男予以逮捕，依涉嫌毒品危害防制條例，移送花蓮地檢署偵辦。」警方初步檢視女子的遺體，發現手部有針孔跟瘀血的痕跡，沒有其他外力傷口，初步研判是服用多種毒品，才會導致死亡，而詳細的死因與案件細節，警方還要進一步解剖採樣調查釐清。
