all the funds below should have representatives in the board, so
9.2+8.8+8.4+6.5+4.5 = 37.4% should be voting to accept, for minority, it's all about the money, refuse and the share will drop back to 30+ or below. won't be difficult to get > 50% to agree.
all other social media FB/Instagram/YT. all have some sort of control, it'll be interestiing to see how Musk can disrupt the industry and make money from it.
