i going in november and i hope it doesn't rain everyday

Nov is one of those months with lesser rain. Typhoon wise, the typhoon season usually ends by Oct.

JR line in kobe affected. The wind is still quite strong there as reported by my sister. I don't think it will be affected next week unless another typhoon comes.
