A message for the singapore government.
Be strict on laws especially assaults and drink driving and drugs etc..
take a no-nonsense approach to conflicts in public area especially the HDB corridors. Dont go soft.
I always thought Melbourne is safe.
Not anymore.
and really.. the type of immigrants you let in ..matters
