Key Differences
UCD -- 18 months / Distance Teaching / More Expensive
Murdoch -- 16 months / Distance Learning / Slightly Cheaper

Recognition
Government Sector = Don't even think about it.
Private Sector = Subjected to Approval by Company HR (Singapore)

The Singapore Government is very straightforward, no local university degree, no talk.

Some Government Officials may try to bluff you and say they will "consider" but will keep you waiting forever until you decided to say "enough is enough".

Im currently pursuing the Diploma in Commerce (Business Administration) @ Kaplan and I know where I am standing and what I will be getting down the road, Private Sector for the rest of my life.

If you want to be recognized by the Government, here is a list of universities to consider ..
- National University of Singapore (NUS)
- Nanyang Technological University (NTU)
- Singapore Management University (SMU)
- University of Cambridge
- University of Oxford
- Stanford University
- Harvard University

cool~ this reminds me of X-Men First Class, quote "Mutant and Proud!"...

for those who already made up their mind and chosen their path, it would be "Private and Proud!". LOL

I am going to apply for UCD finance as well part time this oct intake, compared with murdoch before still feel that UCD will be a better choice. Only concern is how hard will it be to obtain a 1st class in UCD.

UP for more feedbacks ! :s13:

Well, you need to get cgpa 3.68/4 to get 1st class. Less than 5% of the cohort will be able to score this high. 2nd upper is more realistic.
