Good Day,

I'm 21 this year and currently in the midst of choosing which university to pursue for my interest in HRM. I'm a ex-graduate of Kaplan in Diploma.HRM, currently working in the HR sector for about 2 years and intending to futher my studies as a part-time basis.

1) University of Dublin (Kaplan)
2) University of Manchester (SIM-GE)
3) UniSim

Anyone can advice me which private path should i go for in terms of choosing a recognized university for entering into the BIG 4 (Facebook/Google/Salesforce, etc) ?

I'm also currently in a newly-startup E-commerce company as an Internal HR there, which they pays me an average of degree-holders salary as of a Diploma Holder i am. Will there still be a pay-cut/remains the same after i gets my Degree or they will look at my experiences & recognition of the degree i takes?

Please advice.
Many Thanks!!

Fyi UniSIM (SUSS) is not a "pte path" as u mentioned. They hv HRM prog in both FT & PT but think its PT prog is easier to enter. And of cos SIM-GE can be ur 3rd choice. As for other pte one not worth mentioning..

Google love people who can speak multiple languages, apart from basic English and mother tongue is required so if you can, pick up a new foreign language while still studying.

Hi Schoolboyz,

You mean i should priorities:

1) UniSim
2) SIM-GE

May i know why is UCD not worth mentioning? as in they are not really recognized by those BIG 4 i've mentioned?

Sorry to diverge but I think you may want to check with the universities that you're considering to ask if your qualification (Kaplan Diploma) is recognised by the uni for admissions first. Hope this helps
