Hey guys, I tried searching for UP (ultimate performance) reviews, but I can't seemed to find much. Their prices are very steep, but they seemed to promise great results. $300+ per session (18sessions/minimum). Anybody tried them before? Any reviews would be helpful TIA 😊

if you can afford and willing to put in effort, go for it.

for me its too expensive. 18x $300 = $5400

thats my 5 years AF membership fees

How long is each session ?!
1 hour :)
I heard they have a wait list too, and need to pay a deposit to get in. Wait about 2-4 weeks then will get matched up with a trainer. I have asked around and don't seem to see much reviews of them

friend pls, you don't need 18 sessions worth 300 a pop.

Maybe 5 sessions max, learn how to use the machines, proper form, workout split and some nutrition tips.

honestly, for 300 a pop, they better sit you down on the first day and drill all this into you first.
