Definitely the Z1 for all the specs into one reasonable display size smartphones of 5".

Skipping the Z Ultra cos it is too big for my one hand operation.

Actually beyond 3.7", almost all phones require 2-handed use for safety and comfort. Of course there are always the oddballs who have large hands and those with unusually tight grip like me.

I am using the old phonepad with one hand on my Xperia Z and I have no issue on typing but I have issues using the same phonepad on the Z Ultra, typing is much more difficult.

Because of the weight distribution on your fingers and portion of your palm.

The dangerous thing with XZU is that if there are idiots walking closely and knocking into us while we are typing, then there will be much horror on our face.

Yes. Agree. If you use one hand typing then have to beware of such idiots who walk without eyes looking where they going.

Sold tablet z for ultra. No regrets, ultra now is my mini tablet. Primary phone is S4 Active, used as calls, messaging ect. Movie, games and entertainment are all on ultra. I also dun want all my device to be of the same brand.

The third option seems to be redundant choice.

Poll asks which phone you want, dont vote if you dont want. :D
