Unable to access spotify

Anyone got the same issue? I don't have a problem with Starhub 3G but with my home connection. I don't know if it's the router side or m1 fibre side since my other stuff are working correctly.

edit: nvm, a restart of the ONT and I can use the program/app fine. but the webplayer still not working, not sure why

Just to confirm, can M1 users (esp. affected by the exchange) can access to https://play.spotify.com/ services after logging in?

I am also having intermittent issues with connection to spotify.

I have a premium account and spotify works with my iPhone when connected to 3G.
However spotify does not work when connected to my wifi. same for my home PC as well.

Am using M1 fiber. anyone has same issue and managed to resolve this ?

Same problem with Spotify web player here, simply just cannot connect. Something is wrong, gonna call M1 soon to make noise.

same exact issues.

replicated across three separate devices (desktop/laptop/smartphone).

- works 100% the moment i switch over to 3G/4G tethering on all the devices
- can't connect at all/intermittent once i'm on M1 Fibre
- tried both WiFi/direct connections
- only started happening in the past 1 wk+ or so

just got off the line for the 2nd time with M1, they're escalating the issue and will get back to me soonest.

anyone else facing the same issues?

please do at least give a ring to M1 to let them know this is happening, and that it's not an isolated case.

M1 just called back - they've replicated the problem on their end.

frontline staff aren't sure what's wrong but they've escalated it to their tech back end.

let's wait and hope for good news..
