Unable to add visa Apple pay

Anybody got this weird issue being unable to add any Visa card to Apple Pay?
Both my hsbc and DBS visa cannot be added, but master card dbs and debit MasterCard is fine.....

Just says contact bank, but strangely I tried again today and now can add ....
