Unable to boot pc. What am i missing?

I just replaced the CPU and motherboard. I’ve connected everything back but pressing the power button does nothing. Monitor lights up when the power is connected, but system can’t power on. Is this connected correctly?

it doesn't look like you have connected the power switch cable to the correct jumper (PWR SW).

You connect what cable to the USB header?

Lol problem resolved already.
I didn’t even notice the small chart printed on the mobo until I took the pic and uploaded it -_- I didn’t connect the power switch header properly.. I connected it to power LED instead. Didn’t know JFP connectors needed to be so precise.. I haven’t done a desktop motherboard installation in 4 years so I forgot.
