Unable to delete file

Hi Gurus,

I have a problem with a PDF file. Not sure if it is because of a long file name, i cannot open it, cannot delete it, cannot rename it.

Therefore, i tried to delete via cmd prompt but still cannot. (see pic & link above) Not sure if anyone have a solution? or maybe i can do something else in the cmd prompt to try?

- Under CMD run Chkdsk /F

If Chkdsk shows any error that means either:

- There are corrupted files
- Bad sectors on the hard disk/SSD.
You will need to backup and replace the hard disk/SSD.
Best tool is Crystaldiskinfo

High chance the PC hard disk have issues thus corrupted files.

You need to get those utilities specially to delete stubborn files lor. Search the net lah

Regular shift + del or cmd> del *.pdf don't work?

Try using an unlocker tool to delete.

Thanks everyone for your advice, finally managed to remove that file.
