unable to detect gpu

just bought i5-7500, msi h110m pro vhl operating on windows 10
using my old gpu msi 560ti twin frozr.
new gpu havne't arrive yet
not sure why when i attach gpu on motherboard, motherboard show red led and beep sound .
when boot using motherboard hdmi cable to monitor, able to .
is it because i never attach cable properly or what :(

will i be able to do it myself ? since im able to download it to thumdrive as well.

Most will need at least 1 RAM + PSU + Display and a supported CPU (6000 series) to update.
Some atas motherboards only need power supply and flash drive. Unless you know some1 with a skylake CPU willing to borrow you to flash you probably need to just get the shop to help you.

i downloaded live update 6 and check for latest update for drivers/ulities/bios ,
it shows me all latest already .how ):

Skimmed on this one. If you have the current BIOS, tried anything else?

i did all i can . i even install the realtek PCIE network drivers . i took out the adapter to connect using motherboard and it turns out fine.
only connect to gpu doesn't work, both gpu fan is turning as well, no led blinking or beep sound from motherboard, no signal :s8:

Either is your old GPU dead or got compatibility issue with new motherboard. If your motherboard is able to boot to desktop with iGPU, no issue with current BIOS.

from what i see, likely pcie slot gg? was this gpu previously giving problems?

giving problem as in ?
maybe 2months once will show no detect gpu when gaming or surfing net , after awhile will detect again.
not sure whether is it gpu faulty.

Either is your old GPU dead or got compatibility issue with new motherboard. If your motherboard is able to boot to desktop with iGPU, no issue with current BIOS.

never mind , wait for my new gpu come then settle . :(
