Unable to detect micro sd card

Hi

i'm hoping someone has met the same problem and have a solution to this issue i am having:

micro sd card is not detectable in my BB Bold 9900. i ensured it is fully pushed into its slot. the phone would indicate it detected an error in my card, need to reformat it, but fails and the sd card is inaccessible.

when i slot it in a sd card adapter to be formatted on my pc, it would be detected for a few seconds, before disappearing altogether. i can't even see the thing how to format?

if anyone has a solution, please post. thanks!

Are you using a Sandisk 32GB microsd card? Probably its corrupted. I had the same issue on my previous Note 2, apparently many using 32GB Sandisk microsd cards have this issue. For 16GB no problem tho.

Where you bought? I suggest you better take back the place that you bought.

The memory card could have failed. Do go rma it as recommended.

word of advice..try NOT TO GET THOSE WITHOUT DISTRIBUTOR STICKS..MORE TROUBLE ONLY.

can I go back to the shop I bought from to get an RMA? or must it be brought back to the distributor RMA center?
