Unable to download price guide

I am unable to download the price guide in pdf format.
Though i'm already logged in (that's why I can post now), but it keeps on prompting me for username and password when I tried to download priceguide from Fuwell.

Hi sorry to hijack this thread.

I am having the same problems as well. Started a few months back but thought it was my computer.

Recently bought new one still the same. Can't log in at all.

Can I confirm that:

• Since a few months ago, you have not been able to download any price lists at all
• You have just tried again, but you're still not able to
• The problem is the system keeps prompting for log-in despite you already having logged in.
• This problem occurs not just on Fuwell price list, but all others that you have tried.
• This problem is a persistent problem (always occurs), and not a random occurrence.

Encountered the same issue again. Tried different vendors but price list still won't download.

Sorry, I have the same problem as well.

I have been able to download the price list all the while.

After the change in look and feel for the price guide download, I can't download.
Everytime I try, it prompt that I need to login even though I had.

I tried on different machine with same login account, same problem.

And I notice on the http://sg.hardwarezone.com/priceLists, the image for many retailers are not showing on IE (Firefox ok),
ie. a red cross

Can anyone help?

i'd like to add that i'm experiencing the same problem as well...

tried opera, chrome, firefox, and even internet explorer -.-

seems like the sessions are somehow broken cuz as you can see, i'm logged in to the forums, but can't download the pricelists.

Similar problem to those above.
I have been able to download price lists for the past few weeks.
Lately I have been asked to login each time I download even though I already have.
As well as getting 404 errors on some of the price lists, like Fuwell and Cybermind.

I've problem downloading pricelists ever since you change to a new layout.
It's always re-direct me back the main page the pricelist menu.
