Unable to login to Singpass after changing password

To setup the app, I need a valid ID/password to login to singpass account

See attached, singpass says either my id or password is invalid.

I retrieved my ID from singpass to confirm and changed my password (many times)

Resetting password is not done on the app. It is done on the singpass website.

Sigh.....

The SingPass ID is your NRIC so that's hard to get wrong.

Which leads to only one logical explanation, you are keying in the password wrong. Make sure you know which is zero and which is O, letter l vs 1...

Use a 'new' browser to try to eliminate any possibility of residual tokens

Actually you should really change your login username to something other than your ic

Wait....'reset' the password does it revert to the one that came in a letter?

Of TS means change the password, that requires the old password then key in own new password. It also generates a certificate and ask for a new pin number if I remember....

I did not use any special character and to prevent typo, my password is like 1234567z

Singpass accepts such each to guess password

That's why i scare to anyhow change to android now. Face id manage my pw if change to android need to spend few hrs to setup

worse case just go to singpass counter and do it on the spot.
